30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must:
✅ Be in the same condition you received it (unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).
✅ Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@bigkidgear.com. We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect all orders before shipping, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.


Cancellations & Order Adjustments

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.


International Orders & Shipping Times

We ship worldwide! However, please note:
📦 International orders may take longer due to customs and carrier delays.
📦 Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.
📦 Refunds for delayed shipments will not be issued unless the package is confirmed lost by the carrier.

What if my package is delayed?
If your order is still in transit, we kindly ask for your patience. If tracking shows no movement for 30+ days, please contact us at info@bigkidgear.com, and we’ll investigate the issue.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to issue a refund. If you believe it was stolen, you may need to file a claim with the shipping carrier.


Non-Returnable Items

🚫 Final Sale Items: Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
🚫 Personalized or Custom Orders: Since these are made just for you, we cannot accept returns.
🚫 Perishable, Personal Care, and Hazardous Items: Food, beauty products, and flammable materials are not eligible for return.

Need a different size or color? The fastest way to get what you need is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with tags. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

💳 Bank Processing Time: Please note that your bank or credit card company may take extra time to process and post the refund.
